I must apologise for the severe lack of updates to this page, it has been a while since i last submitted any new projects. Recently, i have been working on my new layout, which is still under construction, but pics will be posted one it is fully up and running. A few new updates: Firstly, Douglas is 90% done, he just now needs a face, lining and couplings to be complete, then i will post pics of the completed model here for all to view. He has been built to the same standards as Donald, and they both look the part side by side. Boco is now complete and pictures are up in my blogspot, as i described here also, this has been m most enjoyable model to do so far, and the models runs smoothly, it took a while to play about with the pickups, but in the end, i added abit more weight to the chassis, and since, there have been no more problems. So, now that Boco is complete, i can focus on my next new projects, as promised, i will be now going ahead with building Douglas, the parts have been ordered and will be here by the weeks end, which gives me the weekend and the rest of the evenings running up till June 6th 2009 (when i will be away in Wales for a week). Recently announced project, Boco, is now underway. The body has been painted and is now awaiting the cabside numbers and crests needed to complete the main mould. The chassis being used is a LIMA Class 52 'Western' which needs to be modified in order to fit inside the Co-Bo moulding. The face will be cast in resin plaster by making a rubber mould from a Tomica Boco model, once that is done and the chassis fitted to the body, the only details left will be to add the gas cylinder mould which fits on the underside of the body facing towards the Bo end of the model.
